ITALIAN CHEFS ON TOUR is our new project taking a team of Italian Chefs on a tour of the United States to share traditional Italian recipes, their secrets and love for cooking!!

This is a great opportunity to get together and celebrate Italian culinary tradition, where, during an intense 2-day course, you will learn some of the secrets of the most traditional and authentic Italian Cuisine.

Our Chefs, who come from various areas of Italy, will teach you about cooking in the different regions.  It's a great way for cultures to meet and make friends in a fun way!!

You will have the opportunity to share with your family what you will be learning, as every day we will provide packaging for your meals to be taken home and shared with your family at dinner!

The course is suitable for everyone!  There is no need to have a background in cooking!  It is suitable for adults and children of at least age 16; a great way for you to share your passion for cooking and learn together with your children.  If you have no experience in cooking, this is your opportunity to start by having lots of fun!  If you are an experienced cook, this will be a great opportunity for you to integrate new recipes, secrets and tricks in your skills.

During the course, you will learn how to structure a traditional Italian meal, what are the basic ingredients of Italian cuisine and how to choose them!  We will start with some of the most typical appetizers (supplì, arancini, stuffed olives, grilled and fried vegetables) and then continue with how to make Pasta, Pizza and Bread from scratch, including ravioli, lasagna and gnocchi!  You will learn what are the most typical Italian main and side dishes, sauces and soups!

Finally, you will learn how to prepare some of the most famous cakes, cookies and liquors such as Tiramisu and Limoncello!

Our chefs will also teach you some tricks of modern Italian cuisine and how to make quick Italian dishes and snacks which combine old flavors with the pace of modern life!

At the end of the course you will receive a Certificate, our Cook Book containing the recipes of all the dishes presented during the course, a digital photo/video gallery, our unique apron, and the possibility of staying in touch to continue to learn through our Facebook page and dedicated website!

Participants in our ITALIAN CHEF ON TOUR classes will be offered special discounts and prices on all NERONE TOURS ITALY products (Tours of Italy) on occasion of their future visits to Italy!

If your city is not listed in our itinerary you can ask that your location be included in our calendar!
To take into consideration a new location, we would need a minimum of 10 participants.

VENUES
We will use different types of location for our Cooking Class: Italian Community Centers, private homes, restaurants. The names and addresses of the locations will be indicated on your voucher.

FREE COOKING CLASS!
In exchange for use of your home for the 2-day cooking class we will waive your registration fee (two people.) If you are interested in hosting the cooking class at your house please email us!

RECIPES BOOK
A book including all the recipes presented in our Cooking Course will be available for all the participants in the course.
