"In Spring of 2002 I journed to Italy with my 80 year old mother and her 75-year-old best friend. It was always one of my mother's dreams to get to Italy. I was very hesitant due to the frailty of my mother's health. I sought the help of a tour guide in Italy - and connected with Sergio Caggia. I found his name on the Internet and took a chance. Sergio planned a trip for us to see all the sites in Rome. It was not difficult to work with him on the schedule! We did it all by email! Sergio provided for us superior tour guides who really took care of us while touring the city. | I am indebted to them for making my mom's trip such a success. One of the extra things Sergio did for us was genealogy searching. Prior to February 2002 I had no idea I had a family in Abruzzi. Sergio researched names, translated letters and spoke on the phone with family members as the responses arrived. Sergio arranged a train trip for us to Abruzzi, with him as a tour guide. Imagine the shock to be greeted by 55 cousins at a beautifully catered family reunion. I'm sure this was once of the largest occasions of this type. My newfound family, along with me, Sergio, and Mom spent the entire day | together. It was an overwhelming experience.The next day Sergio took us on more sites seeing, and finally he drove us back to Rome for our flight home. I'm sure I'm leaving out many things - but here is the important fact. Sergio is one of the most reputable men I have ever met. He is caring and genuinely is interested in making your trip a success. I am eternally grateful to Sergio for making our trip a great Success and for bringing me together with my family. I hope to be back in Italy again - I will look to Sergio for help.
